Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. For most orders, delivery typically takes 10–15 business days. Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s) if you selected a trackable delivery option. The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

4. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to most countries but be aware that international shipping may be subject to additional fees, duties, or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
5. Damages & Missing Items

Damages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will work to resolve the issue by providing a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

Missing Items: If any items are missing from your order, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will investigate and address the issue promptly.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are granted only if the product arrives damaged or defective. Please inspect your order promptly and email support@thegastritishealingbook.com within 7 days of receiving the item (according to the tracking information). When emailing, please use the subject line "Returns" and include clear photos of the damage or defect, your order number (or other reference), and a brief description of the issue or reason for return. Once verified, we will either reprint your order or issue a full refund. No returns are accepted for change of mind.
